Installation
Appliance installation, done properly
New appliance from Lowe's, Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco or online? We install it in Charleston, Mount Pleasant and Summerville homes, test it, and take the old one away.

Know the price first
The technician tests the appliance, shows you what failed, and quotes a flat price. Nothing gets fixed until you say yes. The $89 diagnostic fee is credited toward the repair.

Common parts ride on the truck, so many repairs finish the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we book the return trip as soon as it arrives. Every repair has a 30-day parts and labor warranty.

Outages and power surges after a storm are hard on control boards. Before an evacuation we can shut off and disconnect gas appliances. Once power is back, we reconnect and test them.

Called about broken dryer on Friday morning and they came out that afternoon! The technician Shaun was extremely personable and rapidly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The fee was very reasonable, would definitely use this service again.
I contacted Ezio Home Service to repair my refrigerator that was leaking. The technician, Shaun, was very thorough and conscientious doing his work. He sent me his ETA and was punctual. It was a pleasure to talk to him as well.
It took 2 days to have our new dishwasher replaced, to no one's fault: the house is old and had an incompatible valve from the inlet to the main pipe... The office stayed in contact with us, explained the divergence and how they were going to purchase the needed part; unfortunately the part was only available the next day; as soon as they got it, we were informed and they were able to finish the job!! am definitely using them again!

How much does a service call cost?
The diagnostic visit is a flat $89. If you go ahead with the repair, that $89 is credited toward the bill. You get the full repair price before any work starts.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Often, yes. Call before noon and we'll fit you in the same day if there's an opening. If not, we'll book the first slot the next day.
Will you install an appliance I bought somewhere else?
Yes. Store-bought, ordered online, or moved from another house. Tell us the model when you book so we bring the right parts, like a dishwasher install kit or a new gas connector.
Do you work on gas appliances?
Yes. We repair and install gas ranges, cooktops, wall ovens and dryers, and we leak-test every gas connection we touch.
Should I repair it or replace it?
We'll tell you straight. As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs more than half the price of a new appliance, or the unit is past its expected life (about 10 to 13 years for most fridges, washers and dryers), replacing usually makes more sense.
Do you do handyman work too?
Yes. We mount TVs, repair drywall and handle general handyman jobs. If we're already coming for an appliance, add them to the same visit.
What warranty do you give?
Repairs come with a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same problem comes back within 30 days, call us and we'll fix it at no charge.
How do I pay?
We take all major credit cards, cash and checks. You pay when the job is done and you've seen it working.
